Waiting Area

The Raghoji E.N.T. & Maternity Hospital has well placed waiting areas for the visitors and the patients on every floor. For outpatients, a separate comfortable area is provided on the cellar. There is an advanced patient calling system, television, drinking water & toilet facility in the waiting area.

Visitors

1. Visitors are welcome during the visiting hours
   Visiting hours:
   Morning - 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
   Evening - 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
2. On admission to the hospital, one attendant pass shall be given to the patient. A visitor pass is issued to each patient relative during visiting hours.
3. All the passes have to be returned to the reception when the final bill is being cleared.
4. The attendant passes are to be worn at all times in the hospital.
5. The room number is prominently displayed on the pass for ease of verification by the security personnel
6. Only 1 visitor is permitted at a time, during visiting hours.
7. Children below 12 years of age not allowed inside the hospital, as visitors/accompanying persons.
8. Visitor is requested to adhere to infection control protocols while entering into patient's area.
